Return Policy Terms and Return Instructions
- If you are experiencing a problem with a product or are not getting the expected results, before initiating a return please check out our Product FAQs page or contact us and we'll be glad to assist you. And many products come with instructions from the manufacturer so please read those as well if they are provided.
- If you plan on returning an item you MUST alert us via email that you are going to do so and provide the reason for the return, both so we know what to do with the product when we get it back and also because we may learn something that will help us to serve you and our other customers better in the future. Failure to alert us to your return may delay your refund so please don't skip this step!
- All of our products are guaranteed against shipping damage and defects in quality and workmanship. But despite our generosity in this regard if you break an item that you've purchased from us that is your responsibility and renders our moneyback guarantee null and void. If that is the case you can still contact us and we may possibly be able to work something out with you at our discretion based on the particular circumstances of your situation.
- Barring any unusual or extraordinary circumstances shipping and handling charges are not refundable. As stated in Our Guarantee you may return any item that you have purchased and receive a full refund of your product total and, when applicable, any Arizona state sales tax that you may have paid.
- You must ship any products you are returning via a trackable shipping method like UPS or FedEx Ground and the item(s) should be fully insured. UPS and FedEx packages are automatically insured up to $100.00; any product valued over $100.00 will require an additional but very minimal fee to insure.
- Electric shavers and trimmers MUST be returned with all of the manufacturer's included accessories and packing materials. They should also be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging, except those that come in clear plastic clamshells. We know how hard it is to get those things open and if you're like us you probably wrecked it when you opened it. If it's still usable then use it, if not please pack it up nicely another way.
- Total Shaving Solution samples are included FREE with every order placed and should not be returned if you decide to return your order. They're yours to use, discard or give them to a friend!
- Please include a copy of your receipt and a note stating the reason for the return. The following items qualify as your receipt:
- a copy of the Order Confirmation Page that appeared in your browser when you completed your order;
- a copy of the first page of the Order Confirmation Email you received upon placing your order;
- a copy our reply to the email you sent alerting us that you were placing a return.

If you are not satisfied with The Total Shaving Solution we don't require that you return the used bottle in order to receive a refund, simply email us detailing the source of your dissatisfaction and include your name and/or your order number. We'll process the refund and email you back to let you know that it's been taken care of.
There are two exceptions: for orders containing multiple bottles you must return the unused bottles to the Tucson, AZ return address listed above in order to receive credit for them. Also, if The Total Shaving Solution is part of a bundle you are returning you must return it with the other products in the bundle if you want to receive refund credit for it. And as previously stated there are no returns or refunds on The Total Shaving Solution Free Samples included with your order and they should not be returned if you decide to do a return. They're yours to use, discard or give them to a friend!
- Norelco Trimmers
Norelco trimmers are covered by their exclusive 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Norelco product please return it directly to Norelco no later than 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the full purchase price. After 60 days you'll need to return your Norelco trimmer to us at the Tucson, AZ return address listed above for a refund of your product total and applicable sales tax.
