Order Fulfillment & Shipping Information
Currently we offer shipping options from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). The shipping options will vary depending on your shipping address and the items you are ordering. To see the full list of shipping options available for your order simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart and proceed to Step 2 of the checkout. Our cart calculates the shipping and handling expenses for your order and lists the shipping options available to your destination.
All orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment center, AtLast Fulfillment, and are shipped from their facility in Denver, CO.
QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Most of the answers to any questions you may have regarding your order can be found in the automated feedback that is generated after it has been placed. Please read the following information carefully so you'll know what to expect.
Order Confirmation Page: This is the final web page you will see upon completion of the order process. This is your receipt, it contains an itemization of your order and all other relevant order details. Please print and save it for your records and/or save it as a file on your computer.
Email Notifications: It is very important to us to keep you informed about the status of your order, which makes it CRITICAL that you supply an accurate and valid email address in Step 1 of the checkout process. If you have done so then you can expect to receive the following emails regarding your order status:
- Order Confirmation Email: This is emailed immediately after your order is placed to let you know that it was received by us. It will contain your order details and is also considered a valid receipt. Depending on the products ordered it may also include product usage tips and suggestions to help you get the best possible results.
Additionally this email contains instructions for returns and other pertinent information so please save it in case you need to refer to it later.
- Shipping Confirmation Email: This is emailed to you when when your order ships. If there is a tracking number assigned to your shipment it will be included in this email as well. All orders shipped via UPS will have tracking numbers, and depending on the service selected some USPS shipments will also have tracking numbers.
- Track Your Order: Using your tracking number you can track your package online
- Spam Filters: If you have a spam filter on your incoming emails please be aware that it may filter out some or all of the emails we send you. So if you don't receive your Order Confirmation Email within a few minutes of placing your order and you do in fact have an active spam filter it is possible that our email was blocked or filtered out.
Since we can't control your computer environment it is up to you to manage any spam filtering software you may have enabled. We are unable to regenerate these emails so please take the necessary steps to ensure that your All About Shaving order-related emails get thru.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
- Why don't you do Free Shipping like other online stores?
Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no such thing as 'Free Shipping' (there's also no Santa Claus, no Easter Bunny and no Tooth Fairy either!). With the cost of oil and gas skyrocketing the last few years there are very few companies that can afford to be that generous and truly offer "Free Shipping' without increasing the price of their products. Some companies will do just that -they'll factor the shipping expenses into the prices of their products and then claim they offer 'Free Shipping.' But the shipping is in fact NOT free and you are paying for it, they just aren't itemizing it separately from the prices of their products.
We do offer Free UPS Ground on any orders in the USA equaling $65.00 or greater, hopefully on an order of that size our margin is high enough where we can afford to give you a break. It doesn't always work out that way and sometimes we take a loss when providing Free UPS Ground, but as long as we can continue to absorb the shipping expenses on the larger orders we will continue to offer this service to our customers.
- Do you ship internationally?
We ship just about everywhere except Nigeria, Pakistan and a few other countries which have a high risk of fraud.
