Most of the answers to any questions you may have regarding your order can be found in the automated feedback that is generated after it has been placed. Please read the following information carefully so you'll know what to expect.

• Order Confirmation Page: This is the final web page you will see upon completion of the order process. This is your receipt, it contains an itemization of your order and all other relevant order details. Please print and save it for your records and/or save it as a file on your computer.

• Order Confirmation Email: This is emailed immediately after your order is placed to let you know that it was received by us. It will contain your order details and is also considered a valid receipt. Depending on the products ordered it may also include product usage tips and suggestions to help you get the best possible results. Additionally this email contains instructions for returns and other pertinent information so please save it in case you need to refer to it later.
• Shipping Confirmation Email: This is emailed to you when when your order ships. If there is a tracking number assigned to your shipment it will be included in this email as well. We currently use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping packages. All orders shipped via UPS will have tracking numbers, and depending on the service selected some USPS shipments will also have tracking numbers.
• Spam Filters: If you have a spam filter on your incoming emails please be aware that it may filter out some or all of the emails we send you. So if you don't receive your Order Confirmation Email within a few minutes of placing your order and you do in fact have an active spam filter it is possible that our email was blocked or filtered out.
  
  Since we can't control your computer environment it is up to you to manage any spam filtering software you may have enabled. We are unable to regenerate these emails so please take the necessary steps to ensure that your

We've gone to great lengths to describe in detail the products that we carry, much more so in fact than the vast majority of retail web sites. But we realize that even after reading and digesting our eloquent prose you may still have an unanwered question or two so we offer some additional ways to help you find the answers that you're looking for.

Near the top of every page to the right of the round Cart button you'll see two more round buttons labeled FAQ and Help. Clicking the FAQ button will pull up a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding the products or information on the current page you are viewing. Clicking on the Help button will display a page containing some first-hand personal insights, usage tips and other pertinent words of wisdom relating to the products or information you are viewing courtesy of the owner of All About Shaving, Daniel Farago.

On some pages clicking these buttons won't display any additional information. The reason for this is at the time you clicked them there weren't any Frequently Asked Questions relating to that particular page, and/or Dan The Man didn't have any further comments to make in the Help section. But if you have a question and don't see it answered anywhere you can always email your question and we'll do our best to give you a prompt and knowledgeable answer. And we'll also most likely post your question to the FAQ list because it's probable that some future viewer will have the very same question.

If you still have an unanswered question about your order or regarding one of the products we carry please email us with your question. We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excepted) but very often we will get back to you much sooner, sometimes within minutes. And on rare occasions it might take us longer than 24 hours to answer your question but very rarely will it be much longer than that.

If you reside in the United States or Canada you can also reach us, if necessary, by our toll-free number which is automatically routed to voicemail. We return calls about as efficiently as we return emails so it's not any better or worse a way to contact us. All things being equal we prefer email because then we have an easily accessible written record of what transpires that we can refer to in the future if necessary. But we realize that some folks can't use email or are not very adept at it, or just flat out don't like it, so if you're one of those people then feel free to give us a call.
