The HydraClean Hygienic Cleaning Cartridge and Filter is Panasonic's non-alcoholic cleaning solution cartridge for the Vortex series shavers. The cleaning cartridge utilizes a water based solution - the only non-alcohol based detergent in the industry - so it's free of alcohol and harsh chemicals which can damage the plastic and waterproof seals of your shaver. Yet it cleans, disinfects and lubricates the foil and blades as well as the alcohol based cleaning solutions you'll find with all other currently available shaver cleaning systems. Since alcohol is not used there is no danger of flammability or damage of marring to sinks, and the detergent is highly biogradeable so the dirty cleaning liquid can be poured down the drain without worry that it will harm your septic system or the environment. The disposable cartridge can then be discarded as plastic waste. And as an added bonus we throw in a .33 oz bottle of The Total Shaving Solution - absolutely FREE!
