Panasonic recommends that you replace the outer foil at least every year and the inner blades at least every two years to maintain your shaver’s cutting performance. We'd like to amend that by saying if you regularly use your shaver to shave your head, or especially your face AND your head then you should replace the inner blades once a year rather than every two years.
