The alternative solution was to come up with a way to make it cost effective for us and fair to you, the customer. We think we've done that - if you try the samples and come back to make a purchase all you have to do is use your eCoupon and you've redeemed your shipping expense. If you end up trying the samples and not coming back, well the samples were free and you're only out a couple of dollars for the shipping and handling. We have to pay the postage AND the fulfillment house, which in total costs more than what we charge for S & H on every sample order that is shipped.
